Project Summary
Miles Education is a Singapore tuition and enrichment centre. We built the operations platform staff use to run students, classes, sales, finance, and HR from one login — plus a companion mobile app for day-to-day learning and centre activity.

The Challenge
A growing education centre was tracking enquiries, course packages, classroom timetables, fees, staff leave, and teacher performance in separate tools. Consultants, teachers, and administrators needed one system that could take a lead from first enquiry through placement, enrolment, and the weekly timetable.

Our Solution
The web platform covers staff login, an operations dashboard, staff KPI analytics, student and employee records, agent management, sales leads, course proposals, course and package catalogues, a student course tracker, weekly timetables, receivables and payables, leave structure, and the centre holiday calendar. The student mobile app covers login, a home menu, profile, course catalogue, enrolment, curriculum, timetable, exam results, fee transactions, attendance, and notifications.

Results
Miles Education can now follow every student from enquiry to class, see course hours remaining, schedule classrooms, approve fees, and review teaching KPIs without switching between spreadsheets.
