Project Summary
Partea is a bubble-tea brand with outlets, franchises, and delivery. We built the operations platform that runs products, warehouse, orders, POS, HR, finance, procurement, and CRM, plus the customer app for choosing a drink, customising it, and paying.

The Challenge
A growing tea chain needed one system for menus and pricing, stock across outlets, quotations and deliveries, payroll, and in-store POS, while customers still needed a simple phone flow to order a customised drink and pay.

Our Solution
The web platform covers the dashboard, staff and outlet profiles, product and pricing masters, inventory and warehouse, quotations, orders, invoices, and deliveries, plus HR, POS, finance, procurement, CRM, and MoneyWorks. The mobile app covers login, nearby stores, drink selection, size, ice, honey, toppings, payment, and order history.

Results
Partea can run outlet operations and customer orders from the same product catalogue, from the POS counter and warehouse through to the phone in a customer’s hand.
